hela Sverige Are you an experienced Tester, with a minimum of 2 years work experience, who wants to take the next step in your career as a Quality Assurance Tester? Join us and take part in our exciting and global journey of enabling sales in store across the H&M Group!The Division Sales Store is responsible for the development and delivery of IT systems and related services enabling sales in stores across the H&M Group. As Tester within the division's QA & Test team you will be responsible of test planning, test execution, test reporting and quality assurance of our IT Services for our retail solutions, including software, hardware, infrastructure, processes and country rollout. You will update and design new test cases as well as review deliverables from other team members. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to perform allocated test assignments.To be successful in this role you have a genuine interest and passion for Quality Assurance and Test and you are proud of being a Tester, contributing to the team's knowledge and competences. You can quickly understand the tasks and learn new solutions. You can be pro-active and anticipate problems and respond accordingly. You are good in building relations and you have solid communication skills, both orally and in writing. We believe you have experience from projects in an international environment as well as working with external suppliers. Proven record of working within Retail IT and Test Leader experience is meritorious.Your responsibilities:Test design, test execution, test reporting and quality assurance of IT services (Service Validation) for retail solutions including software, hardware, infrastructure, processes and country rolloutCollaborate with e.g. test managers, testers, project managers, requirements analysts, architects, internal and external suppliers to perform testing of releases in limited time framesReview of requirement and solution documentationDesign of new test cases based on change requests and updating of existing test cases when requirements changeReview deliverables from other team members (such as test cases)Execute tests and review and assess test results from test executionParticipate in test meetings and discuss defect reports and test statusCommunication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, review of external suppliers' deliverables and way-of-workingProvide support to other testersYour skills:Minimum 2 years' experience as a test analystExperience of acceptance test, system integration testing and XML-messages in a complex environmentExperience from working with external suppliersBe able to make accurate risk assessmentsKeep a helicopter view but with the ability to go down into detailsStrong knowledge of HP ALM as a test and defect tracking toolKnowledge of JIRAYour personal skills:Critical thinkingDriven, cooperative and prestige lessGood at taking own initiative and contribute to improvements of routines and processes by being proactiveAbility to communicate problems and solutions on a technical level while keeping the delivery togetherAbility to build good relationships and excellent communication skills in speech and writing in both English and SwedishThe position is full time, located in Marievik, Stockholm.
