As a Tester you have the responsibility to verify the quality of the BI solutions, such as reports and analytics. You will be part of a large development team at the heart of our data warehouse with many different stakeholders. You will work close with the Test Leader in the delivery area regarding tactical and strategic planning and will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills towards a future Test Lead role.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Tester at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Verify and assure quality of requirements together with Requirement Analysts
• Analyse, design and plan functional and / or non-functional testing
• Create test specifications and test plans
• Conduct functional and / or non-functional testing
• Review and evaluate test results
• Produce test reports and communicate test results and deviations to stake holders such as business representatives, solution designers and developers
• Drive constant improvements regarding way of work, test automation and test tools etc. in close collaboration with Test Lead.

And your skills include:
• You have a few years of experience from data warehouse testing and feel comfortable with testing ETL-solutions
• You have a technical background and fully understand SQL
• You are interested and curious about test automation
• You have work experience and knowledge about agile development methods.
• Good skills in English, and preferably also in Swedish.
It is a plus if you have work experience in systems development preferably as a developer or programmer as well as data analysis.
If you have earlier experience as a leader and have experience from working in distributed teams is also a plus.
