hela Sverige Are you a tester with a few years of experience in Data Warehousing ? SEB Pension & Försäkring is now looking for a tester within our Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse team.
SEB Pension & Försäkring is one of the leading life insurance companies in the Nordics with 1.8 million customers, whereof 1.3 million in Sweden. In order to keep up with the rapid changes within IT and to keep increasing the quality of our deliveries we are now looking for someone to join us in in this area.
What you will be doing
As a BI tester you will join an ambitious BI/Data warehouse team that is determined to build SEB Pension & Försäkring's next generation information platform. As a team, we take pride in delivering high quality solutions in a timely manner. Even though IT is our core competence, it is important for us to have knowledge about the business we support as well. In our team, we cover different roles such as business analyst, ETL developers and QA analysts. We all come from different backgrounds and cultures but together we are a close-knit team with a joint mission - to create a second to none information platform for SEB Pension & Försäkring.
In the role as BI Tester, you will be involved in testing our code and solutions before release to production. We are also continuously working with test automation and integration testing.
Who we are looking for
We 're looking for a driven technical tester, who is curious and wants to learn and adapt to new things. Personal qualities we are looking for are: accuracy, drive, reliability and stamina.
Since we are working in an agile set up, you should have experience working according to agile principles. In a team setup, it is important to find a balance between taking own initiative/doing things independently and working closely with other team members. Since we are an international team, it is important you are able to communicate well in English (verbal as well as written).
In order to fit into this role, you should have:
• Extensive experience of working as a tester - preferably in a Data Warehouse context.
• Knowledge around Data Warehousing ie (ETL, Marts, Data Modelling - snowflake etc)
• Experience in test automation
• Experience in building automated tests
