To be successful in one of these roles (testers, test coordinates and test environment responsible) you have genuine interest and curiosity for testing and quality. You have a solid experience of managing test on different levels; preferably within e-commerce and enjoy working in a high performance situation.
Sales Online & Marketing is the part of H&M IT who develops and runs our online solutions. In example, we work with Digital Marketing, Payment Solutions and with our solutions and systems that enables Online Shopping for our brands. Your responsibilities
All jobs within test at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. Depending on role your responsibility and tasks could be;
• Prioritize, plan and coordinate test activities in the test team
• Coordinate test activities within the team
• Support the test team during test preparation and provide test support during different test periods
• Test environments and test data supported by the operations team
• Report status to different stakeholders
• Coordinate user acceptance period with incidents prior to the Change Advisory Board approval
• Follow up system test status with vendor maintenance test lead
• Coordinate system integration tests required for releases together with teams responsible for other H&M internal systems
• Working with continuous improvements of way of working and service delivery
• Coordinate test activities for tool/software updates and patches (Citrix, FireFox etc.)
• Verify fixes in production after deployment
• Perform ad hoc tests in production and raise incidents for defects found
• Working as a SPOC (Single Point Of Contact) between external partner and HM regarding test environments for Project and Maintenance
• Test environment coordination
• Review test cases

You have a positive mindset and a strong power to drive tasks forward You are also thorough and prestige less and motivated by working in a high-pace environment.
We see that you have;
• 2-3 years' experience from test
• Coordinate, planning, organizing and follow up experience
• A technical and system architectural understanding
• Knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Capacity, etc.) is appreciated, but not required
• E-commerce experience is appreciated, but not required
• Experience of testing Adobe, Hybris and/or SAP is appreciated, but not required
The roles require technical skills since we are working with complex integrations.
