AIT Engineer TO OUR TEAM IN UPPSALA, SWEDEN
An Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration and Test (MAIT) Engineer is required to expand our team to support an increased customer demand and growing order book. This is a full-time role for an engineer who can work to deliver our next generation of products and satellites.
Responsibilities will include:
Review new spacecraft designs for implications and impacts on the satellite AIT phase
Participate in activities within the spacecraft system and sub-systems MAIT phase
Participate in all spacecraft system and sub systems environmental tests: Electrical, Mechanical, Thermal & EMC
Review initial test results and raise Non-conformance reports when necessary
Produce test plans/procedures and report summary
Feedback lessons learned from AIT phase to future projects

Skills required:
BEng or higher degree in Engineering or related subject or equivalent experience.
Industrial experience
High level of practical 'hands-on' application of engineering
Experience in using instrumentation and automated software for test
Previous presence during thermal, vibration and/or shock test campaigns
Experience in investigating system level problems and resolving defects
Strong interpersonal skills and the drive to complete tasks on schedule
Able to manage time, work within a team and work autonomously when required
Excellent technical writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexibly and apply oneself to problems outside of core competencies as required by a small, fast-growing organisation
Willingness to travel for extensive durations during test and launch campaigns
Fluent in English, written and spoken
