Your position will be within Food Technology in Tetra Recart 's Sales & Technical Service department. Our main goal is to satisfy existing and future customers to open up for new business.

You will be responsible for running tests with our machines that perform as a mini factory for packaging food with the Tetra Recart technology. You will work in a team with food technologists and engineers and take part in leading and supervising the activities on the customer site, working with local service engineers, supported by specialist functions within Tetra Recart. Travelling is limited to approximately 100 days/year.

Main responsibilities

• Run tests based on demands from customers, sales force or development projects
• Manage and keep equipment and Test Factory in good shape
• Train local staff at customer sites in relation to the tests
• Contribute to knowledge building in the food technology area
• Represent the company at the customer site during tests

Qualifications

You are a self-going person who sees unforeseen problems as an interesting challenge. Even though independent you appreciate the value of good teamwork and gladly share your knowledge and help your colleagues.

In your professional life you might have worked as service engineer, test engineer or mechanical designer. Most important is that you have solid "hands-on" experience with solving mechanical and/or electrical problems. Should you have experience from programmable logic controllers (PLC) it will be an advantage. Another valuable, though not mandatory aspect you could bring is experience from food related industry. Fluency in verbal and written English is necessary.
