Software tester and Hardware test engineer at Blue Cromos
We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our Test Team in the Research and Development (R&D) department. As a member of our Test Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of our software and hardware products. Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will be essential in identifying bugs, improving efficiency, and delivering high-quality products to our customers.

Position one, Software tester
As a Software Tester, you will be responsible for analysing complex systems, conducting tests, and providing effective solutions to ensure the quality of our software products. You will collaborate closely with team members, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure smooth communication and efficient testing processes.

Objectives
Analyse complex systems and test results to identify bugs and security threats.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and cases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address issues and provide timely feedback.
Ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of software products.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Skills and Requirements
Strong analytical skills and logical approach to problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Keen eye for detail to identify even the most inconspicuous bugs.
Efficient time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Creative thinking to explore various use cases and identify potential software vulnerabilities.

Proficiency in preparing test plans, scenarios, and cases.

Position two, Hardware test engineer
As a Hardware Test Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our hardware products. You will work with complex machines, software, and real-world conditions to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Your creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in developing and debugging hardware.

Objectives
Utilize creativity to find innovative solutions to technical issues and improve product efficiency.
Perform unit testing to identify and resolve issues with specific parts of the hardware system.
Track defects and analyse data to determine their root causes.
Conduct regression testing to evaluate the impact of changes on performance, stability, and reliability.
Apply problem-solving skills to identify flaws in new products and improve existing ones.
Utilize analytical skills to evaluate hardware performance in real-world conditions and optimize designs and production processes.

Skills and Requirements

Attention to detail and ability to analyse data and recognize patterns.
Proficiency in unit testing to identify and resolve issues with specific hardware components.
