Description
• Manage & Co-ordinate the UAT cycle Confirm that UAT entry criteria have been met at local level
• Produce test closure reports at the end of UAT phase
• Work with BOT Global Test Management Team to ensure that business requirements are agreed, signed off & prioritized for each Test Cycle
• Mobilize & coordinate Business Users for inclusion in UAT (& preUAT Testing where applicable)
• Review of SIT2 test scope and sign off as part of SIT2 entry criteria
• Responsible for preparation of UAT test scenarios, test cases, test scripts & test data Coordinate prioritization of test scripts for UAT & Complementary test phases with local Business
• Support Work stream Leads with Test data identification
• Support Data Team with Test data identification
• Coordinate Legacy attendance in Performance Tests Execution
• Responsible for supporting all test execution activity within local countries in the cluster Attend regular test meetings
• Act as escalation point for Issues and Risks to the Test Management Team
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Strong hands on experience in UAT testing in the context of a large-scale SAP global 4-7 years experience (Senior)
• Strong 'hands on' test experience project management (min. 5 years)
• Experience testing a Minimum Viable Product design, in the context of a large-scale SAP global rollout
• Experience in complex business & technical environments involving multiple system integrators operating with a global delivery model
• SAP Transformational change experience in large multi-cultural organisations & cloud-based
• SAP Implementations projects in a global rollout context
• Ability to drive teams in a diverse international & distributed team
• Finance process knowledge (R2R, OTC, SP2, MDM)
• Strong working knowledge of ALM
• Strong communication & decision-making skills - ability to balance conflicting needs
• Strong stakeholder management across all levels
Preferred competence and experience:
• SAP S/4 HANA, Ariba & SAP Retail
