Do you want to be part of the implementation of Systems Engineering in Tetra Pak and get the opportunity to influence the way our engineers work? Systems Engineering is part of our drive to create better products in a shorter time, and create more value for our customers. We create methods to build Engineering knowledge that our developers can use to understand and meet the needs of our customers.
We are now strengthening our team with a specialist who will work to develop, teach and lead our methodology for testing, working with the entire range from component testing to system testing and packaging materials as well as packages and filling machines. The role is new and you will have the possibility to shape and influence it. Our work and mission have a strong strategic and managerial commitment in the organisation and you will belong to a team of skilled specialists and foster a creative and intellectually-stimulating work environment. Coaching, facilitating and coordinating with our development project managers, project members and engineering line managers is an important part of this role.
In this role you will:
• Lead the development of vision and strategy for physical testing in a Systems Engineering context - with focus on how we plan and execute testing to obtain knowledge.
• Training of development project members in test methodology
• Coaching of colleagues in the development projects - practical collaboration and support.
• Networking with all our product platforms in the Development & Engineering organisation.
Publiceringsdatum2009-11-06KvalifikationerTo be successful in this role you will have a University degree in Engineering or equivalent and have worked for several years with Engineering and Testing in a mechatronic product development industry such as automotive, rail or aerospace. You wish to develop yourself further in the Systems Engineering knowledge area. You should have an in-depth knowledge of test and verification and practical experience of applying statistical methods such as Design of Experiments. Some knowledge in measurement techniques is important, knowledge in automation would be a distinct advantage, as an interest for training and coaching others.
You are a strong communicator and have teaching abilities, combined with a drive to influence change in the way you and others work to increase effectiveness. You are both persistant and persuasive with an analytical and structured approach. Fluency in English, both spoken and written is required as we are a global company and English is our business language.
