We are looking for a test leader for our customers Contact Center solution. We want you to be curious and innovative. Risk analysis and test strategy are important parts of the job. We also need you to be strong within documentation. Out of the box thinking is necessary due to a complex IT environment and not always complete test environments. There is also a mix of 3rd party products, 3rd party products that are adapted by the and inhouse developed products. The Contact Center team is responsible for solution that makes the clients customer service agents in 7 different countries able to answer calls and e-mails from customers. The team is also responsible of tools used at customer service to steer traffic, follow up performance etc.
The work includes:
• Test planning
• Test lead
• Cooperation with acceptance testers
• Working close to requirement analyst to make sure requirements are testable
• Risk analysis
• Documentation
• Responsibility of test environments
Specific Competence
• Contact Center experience is a plus
• Telephony testing
• Citrix
• Working with offshore resources
• Experience of performance testing
Educational background
• MSc in computer engineering or similar.
