hela Sverige We are looking for motivated people with a passion for software testing to join our Medical IT product development team. As a test project manager, you will work in our project office and collaborate with all of our development teams to establish a good confidence level concerning the product quality.
The project office is the heart of the department involved in all software projects and you will spend your time monitoring, preparing and activating test efforts required to secure a known quality status across the entire product portfolio. As a test project manager, you will have a direct influence on how we perform software testing in order to meet the regulatory requirements we need to comply with.
In this position, you will:
Work with software testing from a holistic perspective where you focus on the high-level rather than the details
Be part of a team working in close cooperation with development teams, product owners and end users.
Plan and facilitate projects involving the entire product development group
Document projects to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks
Participate in internal and external audits including handling feedback
Continuously improve and drive our test and development strategies
Evolve our way of working - we can always make things better!
We expect you to be well educated with an excellent record, but also to have a sense of humor (life is too short not to have fun). At Sectra, we hire people for who they are and for their willingness and ability to learn, rather than for their previous experience.
For this position, the following requirements apply:
PhD, Master's or Bachelor's degree in software engineering or the equivalent with an excellent academic record.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
Passion for new technology and software development, especially software testing.
Have experience in software development or testing in agile environments.
Willingness to always improve and eager to learn.
Great teamwork skills.
Experience from, or a deep interest in, agile methods and building quality in from the beginning.
The capability to think outside the box.
Assets
In addition, we consider it an asset if you also:
Have experience from agile methodologies, possibly in roles such as scrum master or agile coach.
Speak more languages than those required above.
Have interests besides school/work, such as sports, sports leader, music, horseback riding, singing or flying (if you happen to have pilot's license, you can fly to our customers in our own Sectra airplane) or anything else that makes you stand out from the crowd.
