What we are offering
The position as Test Project Leader is a role that offers participation during the complete software project life cycle. It's a vital and varied role that includes strategic test planning, facilitating, cross team software test coordination, monitoring of test activities and reporting test project status to different stakeholders.
In development projects, the Test Project Leader is an ambassador responsible for primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding software testing, while working close to the Project Manager. Since the projects are run in an international context, the role will challenge your networking and cooperation skills, requiring you to be conscious of and responsive to different cultures and processes at different locations.
You will be given the imperative task of asserting and planning for test coverage being sufficient from a holistic perspective, which includes non-functional testing and integration testing involving several development teams. In addition to this, the projects cover different complex entities technology-wise such as distributed systems, applications and API 's.
As Test Project Leader you will also be presented with the possibility to improve existing processes and methodology, wherever you find the opportunity, as well as driving improvement projects within the test organization.
Who we are looking for
Your experience within the test domain is substantial, and you likely have at least 5 years' experience from similar or related work. We believe you have some kind of secondary education with focus on technology and/or project management.
We think you're an experienced project leader that can move projects forward through consolidation and coordination. A people person that can relate and network with stakeholders on different levels. With your experience, you're able to work in a self-sufficient way, making independent decisions with little need of detailed guidance.
You're a humble and prestigeless individual with a great sense of urgency. You see the whole picture, prioritize effectively, and keep all parties informed and in line. Last but not least, you're used to work in a planned and organized fashion, and your English is fluent.
