The department Autonomous vehicles is responsible for developing future Autonomous Transport Solutions (ATS). This work is done using agile and self-steered teams with the ambition to evaluate upcoming technologies and developing these for serial production.

One of the key responsibilities for the department, is the strategic and operational responsibility for

test related activities in all parts in the development phase. The Test Product Owner (TPO) will be responsible for the overall strategic part of test for our complete autonomous transport solution, including both on- and offboard.

Assignment
You will be responsible for the test related activities and strategy within autonomous transport solutions. That means that you together with the development teams define entry, safety and acceptance criteria and are responsible for the overall test framework. You will act as our speaking partner within test strategic issues within the Traton group and our partners.

This position is located in Södertälje.

Your profile
You are a natural and proven leader with passion for test. You believe in an agile culture and you have the ability to continuously adapt based upon the outcome. To succeed in this position you need to be strong in building teams, cross-functional work, be communicative, show drive and initiative and be energized by challenges.

We are looking for a can-do mentality combined with an analytical mindset and structured way of working. To fit the expectations of the role we think you:

• have test experience (within autonomous solutions extra meritorious)
• feel highly motivated by the mission and challenges within our area of responsibility
• have worked with Embedded systems
• are experienced and interested in agile development methods
• have a graduate or master's degree in engineering or equivalent (B.Sc., M.Sc. and/or PhD)Good knowledge of Swedish and English is required. Knowledge about Scania and Scania 's methods and processes is meritorious.
