hela Sverige For our client, we are seeking a highly motivated Test Object Leader to drive innovation and efficiency in their Research & Development (R&D) department
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Test Object Leader, you will be pivotal in overseeing test object planning, utilization, and cost optimization, supporting the complete R&D team throughout each prototype phase. Your work will ensure successful execution of development projects, contributing to the client's technological advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Test Object Coordination: Manage test object activities across all prototype phases, from initial planning and instrumentation needs to follow-up and optimization.
Optimize Workflows and Costs: Plan, prioritize, and seek synergies to optimize test object usage, improve workflow efficiency, and reduce costs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with test leaders, project managers, and other key stakeholders across the client's development teams.
Develop the Project Validation Test Plan: Collaborate with project leaders to create and maintain the Validation Test Plan, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across departments.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, industrial, mechatronics, or a similar field.
At least 2 years of working experience in project coordination, project management, test engineering, or equivalent.
Great knowledge of O365 tools.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

ABOUT THE ASSIGNMENT:
This is a consulting assignment which means that you will initially be employed by Friday. The ambition is that the assignment will result in a permanent position at the client company.
