For our client we are looking for a Test & Issue Leader

Job description:
We are looking for a consultant to work as Basetech test and issue leader in our customer 's EE architecture department. Here you will join the team responsible for requirements, support, verification, internal training and development of future strategies for the complete base technology area, which includes: AUTOSAR, Communication, Diagnostics, Software download, Hardware platform etc.

As Basetech test leader for a small and highly qualified team working on the next generation electrical platform. Activities will be both internal and external (tests performed by supplier).
As an issue leader you will coordinate effort within the team for Base tech related issues and you will also lead the follow-up process towards the suppliers to ensure there is solutions for the issues. The assignment will include lots of interaction with people from different departments and global.

Assignment Description:
• Plan and lead inhouse test events. Follow up and summarize/report to project.
• Monitor and follow issue solving progress by ECU suppliers. Summarize/report to project.

Required skills:
• Ability to lead and push for progress both internally and externally (suppliers).
• Self-driven and ability to take own initiatives for day by day project progress.
• Good knowledge of in vehicle electrical systems in general.
• Good knowledge in one or several communication protocols or other relevant concept areas (e.g. diagnostics, CAN, FR, Ethernet, LVDS, AUTOSAR etc.)
• M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Electrical or Computer Engineering or equivalent area.
• Vector CANoe experience.
