We are looking for a versatile person with good administrative skills and who likes working with people. You will work in a motivated team of four persons which is responsible for a test network which makes the test calls possible. The person who fits for this role is probably one who can see the big picture, enjoys working independently with many tasks of various kinds, and in interaction with other people all over the world. This is a fixed-term employment of one year. It is perfect for a person who just finished high school/secondary school and wants work experience before further studies. Our office is on Södermalm in Stockholm.
Primary Responsibilities
Supervision of the test network, such as monitoring and handling issues
Partner management, such as payments administration, finding new partners, sending equipment, and maintaining good relations
Customer support

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
Willingness to work with administrative tasks in a technical environment, and mix routine work with own initiatives
Willingness to learn about technical applications, such as mobile phones, computers, and Internet
Ability to work within defined objectives
Strong interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communication skills in English (fluent)
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
High school degree with good grades
