This includes responsibility for planning and following up, prioritising, delivering and ensuring that the sub units follows the Nordea and IT regulations in all aspects.
You will need strong leadership skills while also being able to understand our processes and take a more hands on approach if needed. Further to that, you should:
• Clearly define the roles and priorities of direct reports.
• Enable direct reports to deal effectively with their responsibilities.
• Ensure the professional development of direct reports.
• Select high performing team members.
• Create a high level of team spirit and engagement.
The environment in which you will operate in will be one with rapid initial progress having a fair amount of uncertainty. Hence it is vital that you are able to keep everybody working towards the common goal, solving multiple issues at the same time without losing neither speed nor quality. Knowledge of automation frameworks and regression testing suits as well as knowledge of DWH testing is a must to be successful in this position.
Group Functions IT are searching for an experienced Test Manager/Team Manager with a proven track record of being involved in complex DWH management activities together with new test strategy implementations.
You have strong communication skills and broad experience from communicating status/results from both waterfall and agile test projects. We believe that it is necessary for you to be familiar with working in a complex environment with multiple streams cross multiple internal organisations, utilizing internal/external resources from different cultures and companies. You are a senior IT professional with several years' experience of test management and want to take a next step in your career. Further to that, we value the following criteria's:
• Documented leadership experience.
• Documented project management experience.
• Bank & Finance Experience (GSIB bank preferably).
• Hands-on experience in test planning, test execution & test reporting.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3.0.
• V-models & agile test approaches.
• Business Intelligence - Business or Regulatory reporting solutions.
• HP QC (ALM).
• ISTQB Software Testing.
When communicating, verbally and in writing, we are expecting that you can do so using English in an unhindered manner. Finally, you should be familiar with penetrating and understanding new, complex organisations by documenting and understanding current approaches, processes, organisation, tools etc. in order to together with QA management achieve a "step by step" improvement process in the QA area.
