For our client we are looking for 2 senior consultants for work as Test Manager & Technical Configuration Manager in a Telecom System I&V project.
• This assignment entails planning and build-up of, and participation in, a larger telecom I&V project
• The project will mainly focus on integration and verification of customer adaptations, both stand alone and in operator environments
Required competence (need to have)
• Both candidates must have several years experience of working with telecom RAN level test and verification.
• Previous experience from starting up I&V projects in international environments
• System level experience covering Main Remote, Base Station and RAN I&V
• TM experienced in early planning of large customer projects
• TCM experienced from planning and setting up environments including building labs
• Candidates must be good team leaders with attention to detail, self-disciplined, able to manage their own time and workload but also able to hire, motivate and control their own staff
• Candidates with a driving personality and natural curiosity, actively searching new information, are ideal for this role
• Candidates shall also have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Wanted competence (nice to have)
• WCDMA/LTE system development experience
• M.Sc. or B.Sc.
