hela Sverige On behalf of our client we are looking for a Test Manager for Implementation of Master Data Management tool.
Our client has decided to implement Master Data Management (MDM) for entities in, or close to, the grain value and/or agriculture business. The scope of the implementation regards processes, governance and organization of Master Data Management and the implementation of a MDM-tool (EBX5 from Orchestra Networks).
The application will be used to manage data models of Finance master data, processes for maintenance of master data, business rules and workflows regarding master data and will support in managing profiling and, to some extent, migration of master data.
• Functional testing and detailed test planning will be done September-December 2018.
• SIT and UAT testing for the first go-live is planned to be conducted in January/February 2019.
• First go-live in March 1st 2019.
• SIT & UAT test for second go-live in March-April with go-live May 1st 2019.
• SIT & UAT test for third go-live in April-May with go-live June 1 st 2019.
The project leader and team is located in Stockholm, but business resources are also located at their main site in Malmö.
Job description:
The Test Manager will be expected to provide the following services;
• Manage testers for the different tests (SIT, E2E-process test, UAT). Project resources as well as end user testers.
• Revise and detail Test Plan
• Manage process to ensure test cases available for SIT, E2E-process test and UAT.
• Support test resources/test team in test related issues
• Produce Test Report
• Ensure all documentation and relevant sign offs are complete etc.
• Manage test process during test period with the specific aim of;
o Providing guidance to the test team as to the expected level and quality of testing
o Manage 'exit strategy' and report to project management on progress
o Lead defect management and managing 'Issues/Bugs' list
o Review and maintain test cases / documentation and ensure standardization, quality of evidence, and correctness
Required Competence & Experience
Experience from:
• Experience of End to end Testing process
• Managing/leading test team/testers (including end users)
• Validation of data (data migration tests)
"Good to have" Competence & Experience
• Understanding of master data management
• Understanding of finance master data and/or finance processes
• Experience of testing that includes many different systems (integrations, BI-solutions and workflow between systems)
Behavioral Competence & Personality
• Strong lead that can work alongside, influence and at when necessary confront business resources to ensure deliverable (i.e. test scripts/test cases) are completed on time and to the expected level of quality (i.e. test scripts and test evidence is provided in a clear and concise manner and adequately links test evidence back to test scripts and test script dashboard).
• Good ability to motivate and support testers
Start: Monday 17th September 2018
End: Friday 7th June 2019, may be contracted in shorter blocks
Location: Malmö with travles to Stockholm
Work load: 40-60% (varies over time)
Working language: Swedish and English
