As a Test Manager you will be the overall responsible for the test work on the RCS platform. The Retail Core Solution (RCS) platform is the new foundation that enables business development and continued growth, both for store and online at H&M. This is an exciting program where you will contribute to a new IT-solution that will serve as a technical foundation, enabling continued growth in a long-term perspective for "multi-channel" and "multi-brand" with well synchronized and efficient processes.
In your role you will be a part of the program management and mange most of the test discipline available at the market. You will plan, coordinate and evaluate the test work for our division Enterprise Application for the solution which is based mostly on SAP and integrate with several existing systems.The role includes managing, and to further enhance, established processes. The role also includes Staff Responsibility and a coordinating responsibility for a group of test managers both within the division, as well as in the program spanning over several divisions. You will get inspired by the multi-cultural atmosphere, with a strong feeling as one team.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have worked at least 10 years within the test area with a focus on managing large implementations, with many complex systems integrations and stakeholders in an international environment. It is an advantage if you have experience in SAP and have worked with offshore delivery in distributed teams. In the role, it is also important that you have a high level of service quality in focus. You must find it easy to communicate and coordinate with many stakeholders as well as being proactive, well-structured and able to take decisions.

Your responsibilities
The job as a Program Test Manager at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
You're to do-list includes:
• Staff Responsibility
• Recruit test managers and coordinators, both consultants and employees
• Update test strategies and plans for your area of responsibility
• Plan, coordinate and lead the execution of tests for your area as well as to ensure the program's total solution including surrounding systems
• Provide support and coaching test managers and testers within the program
• Collaborate and have a dialogue with the program management, area managers, test managers and stakeholders from the surrounding areas
• Together with test managers lead, plan, prioritize and take decisions in the time-critical final stages of testing new releases
• Continuously summarize the result of planned and executed tests and provide recommendations for further work to the program management

And your skills include:
• At least 10 years of proven experience as a Test leader or a IT-project manager in lager organization
• Experience of working with distributed/offshore teams
• Experience in test lead implementation of a bigger ERP system or another business systems
• Proven experience to test lead implementation projects with many stakeholders
• Very good understanding of planning and implementation various types of tests such as performance testing, test environments, test data and test automation
• Good knowledge of test environments, test data and automated tests
• Good communication skills in English and Swedish
• A good understanding of business processes in Sales and Logistics
Qualifying skills
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Experience of working with logistics, warehouse and POS systems
• Experience in HP ALM, Jira or performance tools
This position is full time located in Marievik, Stockholm
