hela Sverige Assignment - Test Manager for ERP Implementation
We are seeking a seasoned Test Manager to lead the testing efforts for a large-scale ERP implementation. The position involves managing all stages of the testing lifecycle, from initial planning to execution and closure, while ensuring quality throughout the process. A key part of the assignment is also to establish a robust testing structure that will support long-term operational needs beyond the project's duration.
Responsibilities:
Plan and manage all test phases, including Unit, Integration, System, UAT, and Regression testing
Set up and maintain necessary test environments, tools, and test data
Coordinate testing activities across ERP core, system integrations, and adjacent platforms
Drive defect management processes, monitor testing progress, and communicate updates to project stakeholders
Ensure end-to-end traceability between requirements, test cases, and results
Facilitate workshops and ensure alignment with relevant stakeholders and teams
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in test management roles within complex IT or ERP projects
In-depth knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar
Strong background in integration testing across diverse system landscapes
Hands-on experience with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, or TestRail
Highly organized, proactive, and capable of clear and effective stakeholder communication
