We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to contribute to Ericsson's 5G successes! Radio Products Sweden 1 strives to be the most driven Radio Network R&D unit in the industry. We work in an agile set up to develop and maintain driven, high-quality Radio products which give our customers solutions securing future growth. We develop 5G, LTE, WCDMA, GSM, CDMA Network solutions to operators all over the world.
Radio Products Sweden 1 is part of the Product Development Unit (PDU) Radio, within Development Unit Networks. We work with the latest technology within telecommunication development. The work offers a rich number of opportunities in an everyday learning, creative and exciting atmosphere! Kista, Stockholm, is our base but the world is our arena.
This puts new and exciting demands on the test strategy for Radio products. You will seek the challenge of strategy for Continuous Integration and Verification for products where HW and SW is developed in parallel in order to achieve 'Quality for Speed'.
You will
Participate in test-analysis for SPs/MRs (Pre-OTAC for SPs / OTAC for WPs)
Mentor the team on how to do the OTAC and what to include, make sure the OTAC has the right content
Support XFTs within the SPs/MRs (e.g. participate in DTAC, Review DTAR to ensure good quality for test coverage)
Coordinate strategy between the SPs with solution TM
Work with pre-study driver and project to understand the customer needs, support pre-study driver and project with test related questions
Provide recommendation to project F decision regarding test related items
Provide technical recommendation regarding scope, STPs, tools used
Test strategy clarification and education
Propose improvements to test WoW and Test strategy
Participate in global Radio test management team
To be successful in the role you are
Education: M. Sc. or equivalent
Experience with testing or test management
Radio(HW/SW) and RAN competence
Lean and Agile knowledge and skills, can-do demeanor, continuously mentor and innovation
Working with people, networking, facilitation skills. Teamwork and collaboration skills
Excellent technical communication skills, both written and oral
Proficient English
