Our Exciting Opportunity
System Test Plan (STP) and NW Infra (SNI) sector is a part of Development Unit Networks. SNI works hand in hand with product development units with its mission to enable and support cost efficient radio development worldwide for both present and future business needs. This will be achieved by enabling flow and transparency, enhanced collaboration with aligned way of working as well as reducing cost through infrastructure sharing. SNI is responsible for providing a Test Environment that enables testing & development within Development Unit Networks.
Our aim is to have an efficient Test Environment (TE) based on modern tools all the way from Software commit to deployment at the customer. As TE Test Manager you will work with establishing the DSI Test Strategy. The TE Test Manager will be part of HWI(Hardware Interface) Program with focus on new product, tools and infrastructure requirements being integrated, tested, and delivered as offerings with high quality. The function supports the complete software development cycle and must work in close cooperation with functions like Program Managers, Technical Coordinators, Integration Leaders, product near development teams, system & capability guardians to ensure offerings are kept together. The responsibility also requires close interaction with external functions primarily, DNEW PDU Test Managers.

You will
Be responsible for overall Test Management including Test Strategy, planning, Test Design, supply, execution and successful roll outs.
Work with risk prediction, identification, analysis, mitigation plans and highlighting risks at right time to right teams.
Contribute to test analysis across early phases to secure relevant and timely testing.
Coordinate with the program and interfacing partners (internal and customer).
Provide direction, resolve blocking issues, coordination with other teams etc.
Identify and enable STP re-use across existing deployed inventory including lab space re-use and direction for build avoidance strategy.
Be the prime interface towards PDUs (Product Development Units) for smooth supply flow and secure delivery as per the targets.
Secure that any lab builds/requests will be able to meet the test requirement through an understanding of the features, test requirements, test environment and organizational/partner capabilities.
Proactively work towards test environment improvements together with all partners.
Be responsible for support evaluation of improvement proposal and update the test strategies.
Participate in meetings, reviews, build plannings, external tool reviews and improvement meetings.

To be successful in the role you must have
M.Sc or relevant education on similar level.
Deep understanding of software development with job experience as test manager.
Strong knowledge and experience of R&D (Research and development) processes, including lean & agile practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills Business and costumer focused with a high accountability to deliver results A quality approach, ability for critical thinking and a drive to always improve.
Large degree of flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks Proven ability to negotiate and collaborate to reach solutions in a multi partner environment.
Knowledge of technical architecture standards, security and frameworks.
Experience in working in agile teams, collaborating with other teams and subject areas to deliver software from MVP phase to full scale.
Experience in RAN domain.
