QUALIFICATIONS
We are seeking a Test Manager with experience in leading both small and large test projects. As a test manager, you are responsible for the entire test process. You ensure that your colleagues have the correct equipment and tools for testing, and that the project's deliveries fulfil established quality and delivery requirements. Test management also involves coaching testers and working with test strategies and plans.
YOU HAVE GOOD MANAGEMENT SKILLS
You have at least few years of experience in test management and testing in general, for various platforms and complex systems. You are goal-orientated, with good planning skills, and you have shown that you can carry out out tests and provide expected quality in project deliveries. You have good management skills and the ability to create enthusiasm and communicate your knowledge to colleagues and customers. Ideally you have worked as a consultant for several years and you are comfortable in a consulting role. You have an appropriate academic background and degree, as well as experience with commercial tools and open source. Applicable knowledge of test automation products and experience from bank, finance or insurance sectors is a big plus. Swedish in speech and writing is a must.
