• Experienced as test manager
• Experience from developing and implementing test strategies
• Experience from planning, managing and coordinating test in with many stakeholders in a global environment
• Quality mind-set and structured
• Proven track record of successfully delivering on project expectations
• Self-motivated and strong driving force
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent ability to build good relations to management, colleagues and project team members
• Swedish Driver's license
• Engineering or SW development
• University level (B Sc or M Sc) Additional
Skills Preferred:
• Experience in working in agile projects
• Experience from continuous integration, continuous deployment
• Experience of automation tools such as python scripting, cucumber
• Experience in MQ, cloud systems and integration
• Experience of HP ALM, JIRA and Confluence Personal qualities
• Good communication skills and good collaboration ability within development teams and with project stakeholders
• Self-directed and organized: has a structured and analytical way of taking on tasks and performing on a daily basis in a result-oriented way. Basically, a structured "Indiana Jones" personality.
• Good analytical and contextualization skills to see the big picture
• Comfortable working with other skilled professionals in project teams towards common goals
• Flexible and adaptable Tasks
• Be part of an environment support team and perform testing of new functions and securing that the quality is intact in the existing
• Test planning
• Defect management
• Co-ordinate with stakeholder
