Test Manager
Job specification
As a test manager you will have the responsibility for the planning and executing of all tests activities in the company. You shall define requirements on Test and QA activities to be performed the development teams to ensure/improve the quality of the solutions.
You will plan the implementation of improvement work in quality assurance review and testing. You are responsible for managing the test group of two people and improving test routines. You will devise and develop C-ITS test methods and tools in a complex environment.

Your qualifications
We expect that you have:
• an academic education as well as experience of testing, preferably as test manager, of complex software solutions
• experience in test planning, test execution, test progress tracking and test reporting.
• knowledge of different test methods
• the ability to define requirements of Test and QA activities to be performed by the development teams to ensure/improve the quality of the solutions
• experience in developing and running automated tests
• a detail oriented mindset and are goal and quality oriented
• the ability to ensure compliance with quality and productivity norms while simultaneously focusing on keeping yourself continually updated within your field
• the ability to be perseverant and effective in your work even when facing adversity or when under pressure
• the ability to find new methods to attack problems without being bound by traditional starting points
