We are now looking for a Test Manager to set and drive strategies and implementation of embedded software infrastructure testing into the future.

You will get quite a bit of freedom to define strategies and implement your strategies for ECU and System level infrastructure testing.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is waiting for you:
A new organization entirely focusing on embedded infrastructure development
A supportive organization for You to define strategies as well as drive implementation of automated infrastructure testing on ECU and system level
A continuous integration and test environment framework that is largely automated
Fully proficient ECU- and system HIL-rigs
Several teams of highly skilled infrastructure software developers and test developers
You will be a part of an open-minded, easy-to-talk-to infrastructure organization
You will have a lot of opportunities to guide the organization into state of the art testing
Requirements & qualifications:
Master or Bachelor in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics or equivalent
10 years of experience from testing of embedded system
Documented experience from leading positions of embedded systems testing
Documented experience from agile development frameworks
Good knowledge in ISO 14229
Experience from HIL testing environment
Knowledge and experience from tools such as Git, Jenkins, Jira, Artifactory
We find it meritorious with experience from ISO 26262

Besides, the wanted profile includes that you have the ability to work under demanding conditions and contribute to a successful working climate in these situations. This includes that you have excellent prioritization skills with the ability to eliminate roadblocks and stay focused. Lastly, if you have a strong ability to inspire, develop and motivate colleagues - you are our perfect match.
