Do you want to be part of our exciting journey and develop our largest store, namely our e-commerce? Then this opportunity is for you! We are looking for a Test Leader to join our team working with web analysis. You will be part of a team working closely together and close to our business. You will have insight in how our customers are behaving on our site and will contribute to enhancements for our customers.
Sales Online & Marketing is the part of H&M IT who develops and runs our online solutions. In example, we work with Digital Marketing, Payment Solutions and off course with our solutions and systems that enables Online Shopping for our brands. We are constantly working with several exciting projects and initiatives, aiming to enhance our solutions and to create superior customer experiences for our customers.
To be successful in this role you have genuine interest and curiosity for testing and quality. You have a solid experience of managing test on different levels; preferably within web analysis. Your responsibilities
The job of a test leader at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Review documented requirements and evaluate their testability
• Document test plan
• Link test cases to requirements (preferably using ALM)
• Follow up test activities
• Document test results and report defects
• Drive implementation and improvements of test automation
• Review web analysis test cases documented in projects and suggest enhancements
• Communicate with interested parties in order to reach the right level on tests
• Act as a tester and run test cases

And your skills also include:
• test lead experience
• experience in e-commerce and web analysis
• good communicating skills in English and Swedish
Nice to have:
• Experience in Jira
• Experience in web analysis tools (Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics)
