CellaVision is an innovative, global medical technology company that develops and sells leading systems for routine blood analysis and other body fluids in healthcare. As a Test Leader, you will be part of the Software Team consisting of 11 dedicated and experienced employees. The members of our team work with improving existing software and developing new products that help labs modernize their workflow. Your team consists of colleagues with expertise in UI development, client-server architectures and databases.
In your role, you will have access to experience and support from your colleagues and together with them you are an important resource for CellaVision's continued success. We use an agile approach where the team jointly takes responsibility for taking all new functionality through implementation, code review and testing. The position reports to Development Manager Software.
Key tasks as Test Leader
• Coach and lead the team in verification and validation work.
• Manage development projects together with the Development Manager and Product Manager.
• Write test plans and test reports, as well as analyze test results and report defects.
• Ensure that there is a strong integration of testing throughout the development process with early test planning and exploratory tests.
• Continue to develop the testing process in an agile direction together with other Test Leaders.
Qualifications
You need to have
• Master of Science or equivalent in related field.
• Experience in leading test activities and planning/coordinating testing in software development projects.
• Experience in writing documents for quality assurance or other technical documentation.
• A well-developed communicative ability that reflects in your way of communicating with others as well as in your ability to summarize your work in writing, both in English and in Swedish.
It's an advantage if you have
• Knowledge of all levels of the testing pyramid, from unit tests to system tests.
• Experience driving agile transformation.
• Some knowledge of programming.
• Previous experience in MedTech or other regulated environments.

In addition, you act responsibly to other views, and understand that good cooperation is crucial for the teams result and CellaVision's continued success.

This is a full-time position, with start as soon as possible, based at CellaVision HQ in Lund, Sweden with new offices, good infrastructure and commuting possibilities.
