We are looking for a test leader for an assignment from June to December.

During FDCG Preparation:
• Apply SCM program rules in Tests management for XX Projects
• Prepare & Produce Test Strategy & acceptance with the business
• Anchor Tests Strategy with Project Teams
• Estimate time and workload for the test effort
• Prepare all Prerequisite for a Successful Tests Phases
• Support Teams for Tests Preparation
• Report to IT Project Manager
After FDCG :
• Communicate, train & support to the IT & Business communities
• Make sure the agreed strategy is followed during the different phases of the Tests (from preparation to test report)
• Support & accept the Business inputs for test
• Make sure to receive all the needed inputs at the right time
• Prepare the detailed test plans
• Assess risks
• Tests Director : Train new comers & support users
• Define the required test environment
• Prepare test schedule (includes facilities)
• Manage the test work and evaluate its progress and effectiveness
• Support Testers in their daily activities
• Provide status of test activities to Project Manager / Customer
• Prepare Test Report ? Defect resolution follow-up"
• Responsible for planning and following up the results of members of the test team
• Report to IT Project manager
You must be able to travel.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Skill/expertise Functional & technical skills:
• Having deep experience in all phases of IT Tests (preparation, plan & execute)
• Strong knowledge on how to manage unit testing & integration testing on a large core system
• Tests Director skills
• Knowledge in the Logistics & Spare Parts processes
• Knowledge of SCM solution is a plus
Personal skills:
• Leadership role

• Good communications skills (make presentations, participate and/or drive workshops, status report)
