What to expect
We are looking for a test leader who is passionate about seeing the big picture and how it all fits together, who wants to work with the latest technology and be part of our journey from early development to a scalable solution. You will work in an open minded and inclusive atmosphere were we solve problems, help each other and have a lot of fun together.
Who are you?
You are a natural leader with a passion for bringing people and teams together. You have knowledge in the area of automotive development and at least a couple of years of experience from software testing. Flexibility and good communications skills will be essential in this role. Qualifications we believe you have:
• Self-driven team player with a focus on collaboration and leadership
• Flexible mindset and positive attitude
• Several years' experience from software testing, functional testing of embedded systems or similar.
• Proven leadership skills
• Languages: English in written and verbal communication / Swedish a plus
• Technical university degree
• Experience from automotive industry
What you will do
You will work close with the PM team* and our test teams to develop and follow up test plans for our mining solution. You will also take part in building our overall test strategy within the area and improve our processes and test methods.
Who am I as your manager?
I see my role as a manager to create an atmosphere that promotes personal development by empowering co-workers, clarifying our mission, being challenging but also fair and by respecting individual needs and diversity. I have 16 years of experience of automotive system development, thereof 14 as a leader.
