hela Sverige Our Product Care team is growing with a Test Leader! You will be part of a small team of five. Our days are diverse, and we are often faced with complex problems that are solved in a high pace environment. Product Care works with second-line support to both solve new unknown problems from the field and handles whatever issues arise in the production of CellaVision's s systems. The team carries out continuous product care work, such as simplifying the production of complex parts as well as developing and evaluating alternative components to the production of our systems.
As a Test Leader, you take responsibility for the team's planning with a focus on verification and validation efforts. This is a high pace role where you will be responsible for the test planning and determining when a product is ready to release. In your role, you will have access to experience and support from your colleagues, and together with them you are an important resource for
CellaVision' s continued success. We can offer you varied, exciting, and occasionally challenging work with a lot of responsibility and a great deal of freedom. This position reports to Director of Product Care.
Key tasks as Test Leader
• Support development projects together with the Development Manager and Product Manager
• Coach and lead the team in verification and validation work.
• Participate in risk analysis and requirement specification.
• Ensure that there is a strong integration of testing in the development phase with early test planning and early tests.
• Write test plans and test reports.
• Develop new test cases and write test instructions.
• Hands-on testing
• Continually collaborate with other Test Leaders to further develop and improve the testing process in an agile direction.
You need to have
• Bachelor or equivalent within engineering, information, or another relevant field.
• Experience in quality work or experience with developing or testing Software or Hardware.
• A well-developed communicative ability that reflects in your way of communicating with others as well as in your ability to summarize your work in writing, both in English and in Swedish.
Nice to have
• Experience in requirements management and information gathering
