What's in it for you?
If you are passionate about engines and want to participate in the development of world class engines, this is the place for you to prosper. The section consists of roughly seventy highly motivated engineers. For the moment, we have test beds in Gothenburg, Germany, Shanghai and Skövde. Together you will be involved in all development phases, from early advanced engineering to production of engines and are responsible for strategies, specifications, test code development and verification. The work include both durability and function testing group. In other words, this is a great opportunity to broaden your network, national as well as global.
What you'll do
As Test Leader for Electrical Engines Verification you'll be responsible for planning durability and function testing on electrical engines, as well as developing the test procedures. For the test that is performed, you will do analysis and test reports. In this positon, you are the "spider in the net" concerning electrical engine testing for test beds in Gothenburg as well as in Germany, Shanghai and Skövde.
Do you fit the profile?
To succeed in this position, we believe that you have:
* MSc in Engineering or equivalent work experience
* 1-3 years work experience in the area
* Experience in VQDC/FLOW or similar
* Strong interest in vehicles and engines
* Driver's license B
To succeed in this position we believe that you have a high level of communication and skills in cooperating with others. In order to make the team work as well as supporting the organisation beyond. For good co-working within the group you have the capability and willingness to coach and inspire others in the day-to-day work, as well as having a holistic view and conceptual thinking. We also believe that you are both business and performance driven.
