It is a cross-functional multi-year journey to enable rapid e-commerce expansion for the H&M brand. A vital part of that endeavor is the establishment of a new e-commerce platform, which is delivered in close collaboration with an external IT supplier.The program has been remarkably successful, achieving expansion to new markets in record time with good quality. One of the key success factors is the working atmosphere where program members live the core values making every challenge easier to overcome.In GOE we have an external supplier that is responsible for building, and the system and integration testing, of the solution. We at H&M are responsible to validate that the solution covers the business needs during the acceptance test phase.We are now looking for an experienced Acceptance Test Lead in GOE. The role will take overall responsibility of planning and leading the acceptance test phase in the project. The role will also be responsible for reporting to the project management during the Acceptance Tests. As the overall AT Lead you will lead and work closely with different sub project Test Leads as well as communicating and planning with the supplier's test organization.In this role we are looking for a test lead who has experience in working with Acceptance Testing in large and complex projects. You should be used to high tempo projects with very high work load from time to time. We need you to be able to handle stress, prioritize among many tasks and having great communication skills.Your responsibilitiesYour-to-do list as an overall Acceptance Test Lead includes:Plan executionLead and support the test leads and testers during the Acceptance Test periodHaving an overall view of the progress and status of the acceptance testingReport status of the Acceptance Test to project managementCommunicate with suppliers and understand their challengesUnderstand the System and Integration test execution statusPlan with projects within H&MYour skills Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. Your skills include:Expedience in working with acceptance test (>5 years)Experience in coordinating test leads and testers (>5 years)Experience in working in larger outsourced environments (>5 years)Excellent at expressing yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and EnglishExperience from merchandizing and online sales is qualifyingThe position is located in Liljeholmen, Sweden and we work in an activity based workplace.Sounds interesting?
