hela Sverige Are you an experienced, methodical and determined Test Lead with knowledge of SAP? Welcome to a fast moving global environment with lots of fun and team spirit!
As Test Lead you will be responsible to lead test activities within the Service area Sales Merchandising. This area is responsible for delivering IT services and applications that support our global Merchandising organization.
You will be a part of an ERP implementation program that's in the middle of a Global roll out phase, and collaborate with other test leaders within the program. You will be a vital member of the team and you have the approach that anything is possible and strive to secure the best possible outcome of your duties. You will be responsible for the system & system integration-testing in SAP.
You will plan test activities and coordinate these plans with surrounding test areas. You will delegate and coordinate work tasks and activities to a team of application experts located onsite and testers that are located offshore. Your work also includes tactical planning with focus to make constant improvements to existing test processes and framework for testing.
To succeed in this roll we believe you have worked as a Test Lead or Team Lead and have proven leadership skills. You are an analytical person with a flexible mindset, goal oriented and you work independently. The above is important due to you responsibility to lead the test work, delegate test tasks but also coordinating functional and non-functional tests with other test leaders.

Your responsibilities
The job as a Test Lead at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. You're to do-list includes:
• Define Test Scoope for each release
• Prepare test plans that include resources and time plan for functional and non-functional tests
• Report status to program test lead and participate in decision forums
• Participate in Cut over and Go live activities as part of the rollout of our SAP solution
• Establish and maintain test documentation and reports

And your skills include:
• Worked as a Testlead or Team Lead and have proven leadership skills
• Understanding of implementation projects (AD, rollout, AM)
• Experience from retail processes
• Thorough understanding of technical components and development in SAP
• Good communicational skills both oral and written in Swedish and English
• Background from software development
