hela Sverige Are you an experienced Test Lead ready for an exciting role in a global WMS implementation project? A project with fast pace and lot of challenges to work with.
This is an opportunity for a Test Lead to join a high profile project, which is included in a supply chain program implementing a new global ERP solution. The project will deliver a new warehouse management solution that will be rolled out to existing and new warehouses globally, over the coming years. We are currently building the organization to manage the new solution and are looking for a strong and driven leader to join the skilled team.
As Test Lead you have a key role to plan and lead the test activities within our Warehouse Management solution. Your main responsibility is to to lead and manage the planning, preparation and execution of test and to ensure the quality of the delivered solution. You will coordinate testing with other test leads and work closely with requirement analysts, application experts, developers and our system integrator. To succeed in this role we believe you are a strong leader and enjoy working in a fast pace environment.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Test Leader comes with lots of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Lead test work and distribute tasks within the test team
• Review test scenarios set up by the supplier
• Support and monitor the suppliers tests
• Together with the supplier, set a total test plan and the pre-conditions for test execution, like test data and test environment
• Support and plan the H&M business side in acceptance testing with test process tasks
• Work together with test leads from other projects within the program to set the total acceptance test scope
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Test Lead
• Experience from working with quality assurance of external suppliers test process and strategies
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, SAP EWM is qualifying
• Very good communication skills in English
It is qualifying if you have experience from working within logistics in a global organization.
