You will work from our bright, spacious office close to the Central Station in Malmö with many places to go for lunch, close to shopping and gyms. However, during the pandemic, we mostly work from home and do most of our meetings over Teams.
About the position
On a regular workday, you will have a wide variety of tasks such as testing, sending packages, flashing, and supporting the project manager. The job isn't only managing tests. As test lead, we need to do some testing ourselves. Our daily communication with our developers and suppliers is in English, why this is a required language.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• planning the testing of software releases
• handling the results from different test parties
• having close communication with the project manager, suppliers, developers, and testers
Are you the one?
In this role, experience from the field of test, preferably within Android phones, is required. You need to have strong knowledge of test methods and processes.
Being flexible as the tasks vary and you need to be hands-on as well in the job. When it comes to problem-solving, we believe that being pragmatic and creative are great assets.
For this position, the following is required:
• 3-5 years experience as test lead
• knowledge of test methods
• knowledge of test processes
• prioritizing skills
• good communication and excellent team working skills
• fluent in English
