About the client:
On behalf of our client we are looking for an experienced Test Lead for a direct recruitment (you will be employed directly by our client). This is a permanent job placed in the center of Stockholm. Our client focuses on growth and professional development to support their business partners in the best way.

Your tasks:
As a test manager you will be responsible for leading large or small test projects. You will have various tasks and responsibilities but the most common are for example planning, coordination, implementation and monitoring of system tests. You will work close to customers and colleagues in the stimulation working environment - therefore, your social and interpersonal skills are important in this role.
Your profile:
You have 5-10 years of experience as a test manager and a good understanding what this role demands. Furthermore, you have experience of complex integrated test environments and experience of writing test use cases. You are able to coordinate test activities with multiple resources in different countries. You can develop an acceptance test plan. Knowledge of API testing is a must.
You are analytical, accurate, flexible and have a creative mind. You are customer focused with a high sense of responsibility. You enjoy working independently and can put yourself into new situations and tasks. At the same time, you see the benefits of a well-functioning team work. Working in a dynamic environment is something you are passionate about. You are fluent in English. Good knowledge of Italian would be an additional asset.
