H&M Online is one of the world's largest fashion stores and meet our customers in all digital touch points. We currently have e-commerce sites in 31 countries and our goal is to be a fully global fashion brand, which means we will grow fast in the coming years.
The new platform is under further development as a part of the Global Online Expansion program. The mission is to establish e-commerce sites for the H&M brand in selected countries. The platform is built, maintained and operated by an external supplier.
As a Test Lead for the subproject Customer Finance you will be responsible for securing good test planning together with the supplier and other 3rd party suppliers involved in the solution with support from the Program Test Lead. You will need an overview of the full customer order management flow, but your focus will be on the challenge regarding payments on H&M Onlines markets. You are working closely with business representatives to capture technical issues at an early stage.
Exciting challenges in this area are how to work with cross functionality, high pace, and collaboration with external suppliers, teams on different sites.
The role requires technical skills working with complex integrations. Experience working with different e-com payment services solutions, credit based payment solutions, card, cash on delivery is beneficial.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Test Lead comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Review test scenarios setup by the suppliers in their tests
• Supporting and monitoring the suppliers tests
• Coordinate integration test between H&M internal systems and the new online expansion program
• Together with the supplier, setup a total test plan and the pre-conditions for test execution, like test data and test environment
• Securing resources for a H&M acceptance test of the supplier delivery within the customer finance subproject
• Supporting and planning the H&M business side in acceptance testing with test process tasks
• Work together with Test Leads from other projects within the program to set the total acceptance test scope and creating test scenarios
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• 2-3 years experience as a Test Leader
• Solid experience in test design and integration testing, with special focus on end to end testing
• SAP FI-CO/SD experience
• SAP FI-CA experience
• Communications skills in both English and Swedish
It is meriting with experience in different e-com payment services solutions.
Thise location is Borås with occasional travelling to Stockholm with a peak during test phases.
