JOB DESCRIPTION

One of our clients in Stockholm is looking for a Test Lead to be part of their team. As a Test Lead you will be responsible for testing, test planning, preparation of test cases, test execution, and management of operational acceptance testing. Testing on projects and assignments should be planned, implemented and documented in accordance with the agreed test process for the customer.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Testing on projects and assignments should be planned, implemented and documented in accordance with the agreed test process for the customer. Following are the requirements set by the client.

• Trained in testing and quality assurance.
• 3+ years of experience in modern software testing methods in accordance with latest industry standard standards and practices.
• 3+ years of experience in working as tester/test lead at the system or acceptance testing levels.
• 3+ years of experience as a test analyst, i.e., identifying and designing test cases and evaluate the test results.
• 2+ years of experience in testing in agile software development environments.
• 1+ years of experience working with test elements within Team Foundation Server/MTM.
• Experience of test management/test systems development projects.
