Role and responsibility
We are rolling out our ERP landscape globally through out all Munters facilities and ensuring the stability and resilience of our technology stack is one of the top priorities. For this reason, we are hiring a permanent Test Lead who will based out of Munters AB Headquarter in Stockholm. In this role, you will set the bar high regarding Test Management practices within the Global Applications team. Here you are given the opportunity to solve complex problems, advance your skills, deliver cloud solution solutions and all of this having fun and interacting with a high-performance team.
Your Main Tasks
* Drive Transformation around the testing practices team by introducing a Test Management Operating Model
* Lead and co-ordinate appropriate end-to-end test planning and test execution for large complex projects in an EPR Cloud landscape.
* Manage cross-team dependencies and resource allocation for test execution.
* Proactively find and employ testing best practices, processes and tools to create a lean, automated test engine.
* Take full ownership of our manual and automated test execution phases to ensure successful outcomes by prioritizing quality and protecting timeline
* Optimize our test automation architecture and tools, targeting to increase automation coverage and reduce lead time of execution cycle, leveraging from API test automation.
* Support our Project Managers and prioritize the right testing activities based on program roadmap
* Anticipate and mitigate risks/blockers related to manual and automated test execution
* Communicate and influence decisions by sharing risk/alternatives for a collaborative decision making.
Based at our headquarters in Kista, Stockholm, you will have the option to work part-time remotely, offering flexibility and balance in your professional life.
Skills And Qualifications
We are looking for a resilient and solution-oriented individual with a can-do mindset. You are positive and have great communication skills with the ability to influence individuals and teams rather than dictate. Being self-sufficient in a complex environment with ambiguity is key to be successful in this role.
You Also Have/are
* Experience managing a team of testers and drive test strategy.
* Experience driving API test automation.
* Experience with testing ERP in a cloud hosted environment
* Experience as a manual tester.
* Able to perform extensive long term planning and own the test automation strategy and roadmap
