As Test Lead at Epiroc, you will be able to develop your skills within testing and automation. You will have the possibility to influence and drive the test area within the organization, but also towards other projects outside our own organization.
The PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Solutions team is responsible for development, maintenance, and support of Epiroc's PLM environment. We work with applications such as Teamcenter, Creo and AutoCAD in which we currently have more than 2,300 users globally - from Japan to the United States.

Your mission
In this role, you are responsible for driving the test strategy and develop the test methods, processes, documentation and automation. You will work within a test team and coordinate test assignments with project managers and Application Maintenance Managers IT. Part of your role will include actual testing of our applications but also coordinate testing between projects in our common test environment.
The duties include, but is not limited to:
* Developing and driving the test strategy.
* Developing efficient test methods.
* Developing and managing efficient test methods and documentation.
* Introducing and training new test resources in the PLM test methods and templates.
* Following up on test quality.
* Mentor project specific test resources in their testing.
* Performing testing in projects and within the maintenance organization.
* Drive test automation, set requirements and plan out the implementation of test automation.
Your profile
To be successful in this position we believe that you are a person who enjoys working strategically, as well as having the drive to work hands on. You enjoy collaboration and set the team efforts first.
You have a university degree in IT or equal knowledge through experience. We believe you have several years of experience in testing and has worked as a test lead in projects or a maintenance assignment. It's beneficial if you have worked with test automation and/or hands on experience developing test methods and related documentation.
As Epiroc's corporate language is English, good skills in English language is required.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel may occur.
