At least 2+ years of experience in Performance Testing using Load runner & MS VSTS-2010.
Experience in QA Analyst, Business Tester and managing test teams.
Domain knowledge in Banking, Capital Markets & E-learning.
Good experience in all phases of STLC & SDLC, agile methodologies.
Experience in leading and managing teams with a global delivery model, onsite/offshore coordination (India). (This is a must have)
Should have hands on experience in the areas of Test Case Design, Test execution, Defect Management and effective utilization of Quality center.
Necessary Skills
Experience in banking domain is a must and knowledge on Anti-money laundering (AML), and Watch List Management (WLM). AML Processes .
Previous Nordea bank or Barclays bank experience, prefer from Sweden Denmark or UK.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
ISTQB Certified
Willing to relocate
Tools: Manual Testing, Load Runner, MS VSTS 2010 & Quality Center
The position is in Stockholm but frequent travel to India.
