hela Sverige You will be responsible for the overall test planning for the project. You will manage all test activities that need to take place; SW Test, HW Test, Vehicle Test, etc. You will plan, prioritize and follow-up test activities. You will request resources and make sure that the test plan is continuously managed. You will develop a test strategy for the project and inform and anchor it in different parts of the organization. You will define/delegate how testing shall be performed, including tool chains, environment etc. You will ensure that test cases are developed, together with clear pass/fail criteria and that full test coverage is maintained. You will make sure that test results are analyzed and that measures are taken when the outcome is not as expected.
You will be Veoneer's representative towards the customer regarding test, and will take part in meetings, make clear and concise reports and be able to stand straight in the communication towards the customer.
You will work in close collaboration with the project manager, and the other lead roles; SW Lead, Design Lead, Sys Lead HW Lead. You will develop a broad network including people in our global sites.

You have most probably worked in agile environments before and would like to adopt you experiences to a new context. You enjoy working with the overall picture, but you are not afraid of diving into details if this is necessary to help progress. Required:
Minimum BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechatronics, or equivalent
Major experience from development, testing and quality assurance in complex systems
Fluent in English (written and spoken) and having an ambition to learn Swedish
Minimum five years of experience in product development
Excellent communication skills
Structured and results oriented
Leadership experience
Cooperative and pragmatic
Experience from the automotive industry, and especially active safety
Experience from agile methods
Knowledge about aSPICE and ISO26262
Knowledge about CAN, Flexray, Broadr-Reach, and their corresponding tools
Experience from working with requirement tools, CM tools and test frameworks
Experience from working in global multisite projects
Meriting:
Experience from the automotive industry, and especially active safety
Experience from agile methods
Knowledge about aSPICE and ISO26262
Knowledge about CAN, Flexray, Broadr-Reach, and their corresponding tools
