hela Sverige You will plan, prioritize and follow-up test activities. You will request resources and make sure that the test plan is continuously managed. You will define how testing shall be performed, including tool chains, environment etc. You will ensure that test cases are developed, together with clear pass/fail criteria and that full test coverage is maintained. You will make sure that test results are analyzed and that measures are taken when the outcome is not as expected
You will work in close collaboration with the cross-functional teams and sometimes take on some of the tasks of the team. You will strive for a full-covering automatic test framework, CI and in a longer time perspective CD
You have a number of stakeholders you need to communicate with: customer, Project manager, systems engineers, SW, XF teams, production, just to name a few. You handle them with care and establish good relationships with all. You support the project manager with progress reports and test reports
You have a great interest in development, work methods, testing and active safety products. You have most probably worked in agile environments before and would like to adopt you experiences to a new context. You have the drive and energy to really do a good job, and you like to make a difference. You know that changes can be energy consuming, but you are also willing to put that extra effort into something that will make a difference long term. You enjoy working in teams. You are curious, and you are able to work in complex systems. You take responsibility for your competence development and you are happy to share your competence with others.
Required
• Minimum BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics or equivalent
• Major experience from development, testing and quality assurance in complex systems
• Fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
• Minimum five years of experience in product development
Meriting
• Experience from agile methods
• Experience from autonomous industry, and especially active safety
• Knowledge about aSPICE and Autosar
• Knowledge about CAN, Flexray and corresponding tools
• Experience from working with requirement tools, CM tools and test frameworks
