To be successful in this role we believe that you have a genuine interest and curiosity for testing. You also need to have leadership skills in combination with a networking capacity.
Required skills and experience:
Plan, manage and follow up on system integration test activities
Manage testers both onsite and offshore
Have an understanding in the requirements and system development
Identify the test scope
Resource planning
Perform risk analysis
Review test cases
Contribute to continuous improvement
Specific competence
Several years' experience and knowledge of test and test management
Experience of system integration test
Experience of working with offshore test team
Knowledge about test levels, test methodologies and risk based testing
Knowledge about agile testing
Knowledge about automated testing
Able to keep a holistic view
Structured and have the ability to prioritize
Fluent in spoken and written English & Swedish
ISEB/ISTQB accredited
