www.consafelogistics.com We are looking for a test lead to be part of the division working with our biggest customer, mainly with our warehouse management system Astro WMS. The role is broad and will contain both responsibility for our test strategies, as well to be part of one of the projects. As a test lead you appreciate to move between being more proactive and strategic, and more hands-on and operational. It 's important with technical knowledge to get to know our product enough to be able to also take a role as defect manager when needed.
In this role, you will:
• Plan, monitor and control the testing and quality work
• The interface towards our customer to discuss testing and quality work
• Take an active role in setting, changing and following our organizational test policies, as well as test strategies
• Take an active role in one of our projects as team lead for the test team
• Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics in the product and the test team
• Defining the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery
• Take control and organize how we work with test environments
• Drive or/and take part of improvement projects related to quality
• Be the link between the division and the R&D organization
Profile
We think you have an academic background in Computer Science or similar and 3 to 5 years of experience from the field of software systems. You have a good understanding in the discipline of testing, primarily from warehouse logistics in WMS/WCS, automation equipment or ERP systems. As a person you are driven, meticulous and solution-oriented and always focus on continuous improvements. You also display commercial acumen in your actions. Since you will be the single point of contact, it 's important that you are customer-oriented and know what add values in the process of testing. You are fluent in speaking and writing Swedish and English.
Your primary workplace is our head office in Lund. National and international business trips might occur.
