You will as a Test Lead be our front person towards our external partners in regards to QA, and project lead quality assurance activities towards our customers as well as internally within the organization. You will create test cases and test plans and execute them on as well as together with other QA-Engineers across the engineering organization. Part of your responsibility will also be to analyze, compile and communicate test results from manual and automatic tests performed.
What we are looking for
• Experience in establishing test strategies and test plans as well as planning and leading test work in an agile environment
• Experience in creating test cases and performing functional tests
• Experience in working with web applications
• Deep knowledge of both modern and traditional test methods
• Good knowledge in all parts of the test cycle; unit test, integration test, and acceptance test
• Basic knowledge in performance testing and test automation
• Strong organization skills and good at prioritizing.
• leadership skills and ability to coach others.
• Drive to deliver, while never compromises on quality
• Fluency in both Swedish and English in speech and writing, German is meriting.
• Most importantly, you are passionate about improving healthcare.
