MultiMind is currently looking for a candidate who will act as a Test Engineer for an exciting consultancy opportunity in central Stockholm.
The client

Example tasks
1) Perform daily/weekly tests for mobile apps 2) Bug verification and bug reproduction 3) Exploratory testing
Who we're after
1) Previous testing experience with web dev and debugging tools, e.g. the Chrome Developer Tools.
2) Previous experience using Windows, Mac, and Linux OSes, including command line familiarity. In depth knowledge isn't required, but the candidate is expected to be able to know how to use a terminal, how to navigate a file system or run an executable etc
3) General testing experience.
• File good bug reports.
• Document steps on how to reproduce the issue
• Read stack traces/logs to get some idea of what might be wrong
• Bug management/triage
• Write test cases and test plans (informal or some high level planning is fine)
4) Investigative attitude and autonomous (i.e. try to figure out issues/obstacles on his/her own before asking).
Nice-to-have:
5) Previous testing experience with real-time audio and video. 6) Previous experience with Wireshark or similar network debugging tools. 7) Previous scripting (shell, python, etc) experience 8) Technical knowledge about the consumer hardware (desktops and laptops) spectrum out there (like CPU and GPU types etc) (i.e. being able to determine a machine is performing worse due to slower CPU/GPU or older
