Transport effectiveness features are essential for the customers of our trucks. To perform the transport as effectively as possible and always get it done in time is important for the customers. Within the area is Vehicle agility, Suitability for bodywork, Load Handling and Load capacity. By developing these features, we try to meet the great expectations of our customers.
About the role
In your role as a Test engineer, you will be testing and developing the Transport effectiveness features of our vehicles in projects, as part of advanced engineering and in product maintenance.
Your work will vary between preparing and performing tests, driving trucks, analyzing data, write reports, participating in project meetings and cooperating with colleagues around the world. Evidently, the versatile and challenging nature of the work requires a flexible mindset, something that we find very valuable.
Assignment Description
Our main mission is to perform tests on the vehicle Transport effectiveness systems, then analyze and report the results to develop our products. The tests performed are both on in labs, on test tracks and on open roads. Part of the mission is to develop test methods and simulations methods within this area in order to continuously improve our knowledge on the feature scope.

Who are you?

Qualifications
• M.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering or similar
• Proficiency in English
• Experience from the truck and transport business is preferred
